3x9 - "Stranger In A Strange Land" Flashbacks
So here we are with a good Jack flashback. I've been waiting for the story behind his tatoos for a while now.
1. Jack's new girlfriend is Achara, a chinese vixen who's adept at flying kites and "defining" people. It should be noted that Achara seems to posess the same sort of clairevoyance as Desmond.
2. Achara tells Jack that he is a leader, a great man, but he feels angry, frightened, and alone because of this. Yup, sounds like our guy.
Parting thoughts: I'm gonna take a wild guess that this flashback takes place VERY close to the day of the crash. It would make sense that Jack would have gone away in the wake of his divorce for an indefinite period of time seeing as how he was in Thailand for over a month. I don't think Jack would have come straight back to America after being kicked out of Thailand.
